About Ruth

I am a lady aged 57 who has worked at this exercise regime to get my fitness level up I work out 3 times a week. After a year of sticking to my exercise routine I now healthier more energetic and happier! Combined with following the slimming world plan I have lost a stone in weight since February of this year.

About the lesson

My teaching involes warm ups and cool downs! You can go at your own pace no need keep up until you are able to.
