I was a really sick person in my Teenage...Cought Spondalytis at the age of 16 itself...and from I knew that this was not right. All my friends were Dancing and enjoying their lifes and I was the one who used to always be at Hospital....Just wanted to change my life because Kya Hi Umar hai Bimaar hone ki? Then I started taking of myself and discovered the Joy I Got in Yoga
Yoga changed my Life and from then I wanted to change the lives of others.
