About Noa
I am a Piano tutor with over 6 years of teaching experience, working with students of all ages—from school children to college learners and working professionals. My mission is to make piano learning enjoyable, structured, and meaningful while helping students develop technical skills, confidence, and a deep love for music.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, clear guidance, and steady progress. I focus on building strong fundamentals such as finger technique, hand coordination, rhythm, sight reading, and music theory, while also encouraging creativity, self-expression, and performance skills. Lessons are explained in simple English and supported with practical exercises, familiar songs, and demonstrations to make learning engaging and effective.
I design lessons to suit each student’s age, level, and goals. For children, lessons are interactive, fun, and motivating. For adults and working professionals, sessions are structured, goal-oriented, and flexible to fit busy schedules. I also provide guidance on home practice, exam preparation, and performance readiness.
Over the years, many of my students have performed confidently, passed graded exams, and developed a lifelong passion for piano. Seeing students grow musically and achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of my teaching.

My teaching methodology emphasises compassion, supportiveness, and effective communication. I believe that learning is most effective when students feel motivated, understood, and encouraged in a positive environment. In piano lessons, I focus on technical skill-building, creative expression, and confidence development, helping students enjoy the learning process.
I tailor lessons to each student’s pace and style, break down complex concepts into manageable steps, and provide clear demonstrations. I encourage active participation, experimentation, and critical thinking. Constructive feedback and positive reinforcement guide students through challenges while celebrating achievements.
I also teach other relevant subjects using the same adaptable, student-centred approach. My goal is to help students grow academically and creatively, develop self-confidence, and enjoy a lifelong journey of learning, creativity, and personal expression.
