About Patricio
Chinese Martial Arts Instructor (5th Level Black Belt) and Certified Fitness Instructor capable of teaching classes to children, youth, and adults of both genders. I have extensive knowledge of Chinese culture and customs, having traveled to various cities in China on three occasions, learning firsthand from important masters and sharing daily life with them. I have experience as a Tai Chi and Qi Gong workshop leader for seniors with various cognitive conditions.

Italian
I focus my classes with a methodology that adapts to the objectives and needs of the student. We always start the class with a warm-up that combines global exercises (organic conditioning and joint mobility) with stretching exercises. Subsequently, we integrate specific technique work (individual and group) from the discipline with physical preparation to enhance them. Finally, we perform exercises to return to calmness before concluding the class.
