About Carley
My first introduction to the law of attraction and manifestation was when I was 10 years old reading Louise Hay's books with my Mum and watching her heal herself as she went through a divorce. Years later I discovered the Secret and that has a huge impact on my life. I became a yoga teacher and this is when my meditation practice became a daily must. I have had so many spiritual teachers influence me over the years but Louise Hay and Wayne Dyer have always been the two who hold a very special place in my heart. A couple of years ago I discovered the Law of Assumption by Neville Goddard who was an enlightened mystic teaching in the 50s. His work on the law of attraction and manifestation is incredible and truly life changing. Although I already had a very deep spiritual practice discovering Neville was life changing and I am passionate about sharing his techniques with others.

Carley is a fantastic yoga tutor. Her lessons are a good combination of mindfulness, fitness and strength building. I have been a regular student of hers for several years and find her to be approachable, warm and knowledgeable about all areas of health and well-being. I always look forward to her lessons.
Carley is such a lovely and attentive teacher.. she's very experienced but also great at teaching the basics (my level;-) building confidence and good technique.. we went at my pace in sessions and I really enjoyed it! She's also such a happy and lovely person to be around.. couldn't recommend her more!
