I tailor my teaching to suit my students. The first meeting usually consists of understanding the student's learning objectives and setting a timeframe for achieving these. Subsequently, I come up with a brief teaching plan outlining the content and goals for each lesson while being flexible and attentive to the student's needs and feedback.
