About Sonny
I want more people to experience the peace and serenity that can be obtained by practicing meditation regularly, so I open up limited opportunities for those who want to practice with me.
Armed with more than 30 years of experience in traditional Japanese meditation and Reiki practices, I will design meditation training according to the needs and circumstances of each participant.

Learning and practicing meditation properly can bring peace and tranquility. But more than that, meditation can be an exercise to develop one's potential.
Each individual is unique, that's why I will custom tailor the training to the needs and circumstances of each participant.
The meditation training that I provide is open to people of any racial and gender background, and does not require participants to adhere to certain beliefs. The only requirement is to have an open mind, and be willing to study and practice seriously.
IMPORTANT: I do not recommend that you take meditation training if you have a severe mental disorder.
