About Deepak
I am a first-year BAMS student with a genuine interest in Ayurveda and its principles. I focus on making Ayurvedic concepts clear, practical, and engaging through step-by-step explanations and relatable examples. I believe that understanding the logic behind a concept is more valuable than simply memorizing it.
