About Tal

Hey Im Tal! 23 years old.
Im a professional competitive Jiu-Jitsu athlete, brown belt under Professor Andre Galvao, competing all over the world, won many tournaments, JJIF European champion, multiple-time state champion, and many more! I have a martial arts coaching degree from Wingate Institute (the national Israeli institute for sports) and experience coaching students of all ages.

About the lesson

Learn how to defend yourself,
Gain self confidence, get in shape and change your life forever in a fun & different way!
A usual class would be 1-1.5 hour long , from ages of 4-99 , we will learn some basic body movements and self defense/ jiu jitsu techniques!
Depends on your wills , we will set our goals together and help u reach whatever u wish for!
Sky is the limit.
Can do the classes in my complex (san diego - sdsu area) , in your place (to your choice) , or at The Fight Academy in La Jolla.

Perfect! I’ve had the pleasure of training with Tal, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s always on time, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly skilled in both the art and instruction of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. What really stands out is his patience and adaptability. He pays close attention to how you learn and tailors his teaching to fit your needs.

If I wasn’t getting something, he never got frustrated. Instead, he found different ways to explain or demonstrate the technique until it clicked. His friendly, encouraging attitude makes training both productive and enjoyable. Overall, Tal is an exceptional instructor who truly cares about helping his students improve. I highly recommend him.
