My name is Alejandra Tordecilla Sanders, I am from Colombian. I`m a physical culture, sport and recreation professional and a magister in physical activity and health. I have been teaching since 2 years in a private Colombian University in the master program of physical activity and health.

My teaching methodology is about the critical reading of the knowlege, make questions about the reading and put in practice what you are reading. The lesson structure is separete in three parts, the first one is about make an concient read about what is the new in the physical activity and health, then in the meeting of the class make the questions about what do you understand of the reading, and the last one make the practice about the topic of the class.
