Hello!,
My name is Shaun Marshall and I am a certified meditation instructor. I have been meditating for the last 20 years with the help of different teachers and forms of guidance. My practice has evolved since the beginning to a more intuitive style based on my own life experiences. I don’t believe there is “a one size fits all” style of meditation as we all have different needs.
