About Marcela

I went through and lived dark moments in my life, for a while I had depression, anxiety, fear of going out into the world, I felt that I was not enough or valuable, I felt that I had to be perfect to please others, I had toxic partners, I felt that my life had no meaning and I did not want to continue living.

I attended psychological therapies, support circles and one day, I remember that I found a page on the internet where it offered a retreat to learn to meditate, at that time, I did not know what meditation was, I investigated a little more about the retreat, I I signed up and from that moment, meditation is an essential practice in my life, which was part of my healing process and light at the end of the tunnel.

Since then, I fell in love with meditation, I have been certified as a meditation guide and I practice it daily, the transformations that I have experienced and continue to experience today thanks to meditation are wonderful.

And since I know that it works and I am a testimony of it, I want to teach you, to discover a world where peace, love, healing, joy and well-being are possible.

About the lesson

Our first class will be a space to get to know each other, we will talk about the goals you want to achieve with meditation and the steps to follow for the following classes.

Going hand in hand with a meditation guide will help you increase your commitment and motivation in your personal development and you will notice the benefits of meditation in your life much better.
