About Ragu

Hi, I’m Ragu, a music educator, musician and composer with four years of teaching experience. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Carnatic Music (Violin) and a diploma in Audio Engineering and Music Production.

I also have three years of experience in Tamil cinema, working in background-score programming and assistant engineering. This combination of instrumental study and production work helps me connect musical concepts with practical applications.

I teach keyboard, piano, music production and audio engineering in English and Tamil. For production lessons, I teach Logic Pro across its workflow and Cubase up to intermediate level.

Whether you want to play songs, prepare for music exams or develop your production skills, tell me your current level and goals so we can discuss a suitable learning plan.

Learn music production and audio engineering through practical work in Logic Pro, with Cubase tuition available up to intermediate level. We can cover DAW navigation, session organisation, recording, editing, MIDI programming, arrangement and audio-engineering concepts according to your starting level and goals.

My lessons draw on three years of experience in Tamil cinema background-score programming and assistant engineering, supported by a diploma in Audio Engineering and Music Production.

Each paid lesson is 60 minutes at ₹1,000. Four 60-minute lessons cost ₹4,000. A free 30-minute introduction helps us discuss your goals, current setup and learning plan. Software licences, equipment and any studio hire are not included.

Lessons can be conducted in English or Tamil. Weekly sessions are a suggested starting point, with timings agreed before booking. Please tell me which DAW you use and what you would like to create.
