About Chris
Shifu Chris Friedman has been doing the martial arts for four decades. He lived and trained in China for thirteen years. Several as a foreign disciple in Shongshan Shaolin the village of the Shaolin Temple.
Shifu Chris teaches both young and old the ancient art of Shaolin Kung Fu. He adapts the training methods to suit the individuals need and goals.
