About Chris
Shifu Chris Friedman has been doing the martial arts for four decades. Having earned several black belts, and teaching certificates in various styles. He lived and trained in China for thirteen years, studying Bagua Zhang, Zhong Guo Shuai Jiao, and Shaolin Kung Fu.
