About Georges
I discovered my passion for personal development, meditation and the realms beyond our five senses over 20 years ago, and I have never stopped expanding my learning ever since. I studied with Shaman Masters and experts in meditation, neuroscience, epigenetics and energy science such as Dr. Joe Dispenza to develop a style of my own.

Learning to deal with stress and anxiety through understanding its mechanisms, and mastering tools like meditation or breathing can transform your life. The first thing I will do is to listen to the issue or issues you need to work on. I will then tailor personalized tools to help you take through it step by step. If you follow the guidance and do the exercices, meditations, breathing, and others diligently you will get results. And trust me, I will strive to make it all fun! Wether you are suffering from stress at work or in your social life, or simply as a reaction to life's difficulties, there is a way out! The sessions take place in person or by Skype, in English or French.
