About Deborah
I am very passionate about essay-based subjects, I have always loved writing. I used to write lots of creative writing, because I had the time haha but when I do have the time I love it! Words have also been ‘my thing’ and I would love to be a tutor to expand the love for words, and being successful in writing.
I find writing to be a passionate sport, no matter how little it may be. You should have fun with it and come with an open mind!

I know what it is like to be on the other end of tutoring as I have put into tutoring since the ripe age of around 6 years old and I’m 17 now; so I feel like I know what can benefit a student and what definitely will not. I have had my fair share of tutors and one key thing I was able to pick up on was PATIENCE.
Patience is very important, when teaching and when learning and I know have great deal of patience to offer and a great level of understanding.
I love reading, writing and anything that has to do with essays. My highest test score in the 11+ was English (e.g Comprehension) and I was able to accomplish an A in my English Literature and Language GCSEs. Though I am not doing English A-level, I do History and Government & Politics which require lots of essay writing and understanding.
My lessons are for anyone needing help with English or essay writing. This can range from 11+ students to GCSE students.
A typical length of lesson will range from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the urgency of the lesson, e.g a test coming up, an essay.
