About Alex
I have been playing trumpet in a variety of genres for almost 40 years, and have sang in, arranged for and directed a capella groups and choirs for 20. Additionally, I have created horn riffs and call and answer patterns.

I vary my approach based on the student's needs and how they learn. When teaching groups, I try to incorporate several different modalities of instruction. I have played trumpet for over 35 years including time in professional and semi-professional groups.
