I'm Haiden Maples, a 500 Hr Registered Yoga Instructor, based in Austin, TX. I have graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, double-majoring in Psychology and Hindi. My studies in Hindi gave me the opportunity to travel to Rishikesh, India to complete both of my yoga teacher trainings, and my studies in Psychology gave me an interest in mental health and the field of positive psychology. I am passionate about integrating the ancient tradition of yoga with the latest research on mindfulness and positive psychology to help you improve both your mental and physical health.
