About Anam

Math can be a difficult subject for everyone but I believe the correct approach to teaching a topic goes a long way! As someone who was in the same seat at one point studying for Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, and Geometry, I believe I know what it takes to succeed in your math class no matter the level or skill! Studying for huge exams like AP's or finals can be made easy through spaced repetition in studying topics and the correct teaching methods! I cannot wait to share my love for math with everyone!

About the lesson

Math might seem very difficult for the outside but ample understanding and sufficient practice gives you the results you need! More than anything, math is always about visualizing and as a teacher I want to help my students visualize their answers themselves rather than give the answer to them! In the past, whilst tutoring my peers, I have always remained adamant on having my students explain the topic I just taught them back to me in their own words in order to fill in gaps in their knowledge as well as build a solid understanding. Furthermore, when it comes to problems, I always demonstrate at least 1-2 practice problems before making sure my students can do it by themselves. This ensures that students not only know how to do the problems, but they have also nailed down the concepts through a visual understanding approach!
