About Alice
I am studying abroad for the year and have been going to school in Boston. My dad's family is from the UK, and I am so excited to be here and connect with this side of my identity. I have always loved English and have a passion for teaching. As the oldest of 4, my teaching started as me bossing my younger siblings around and has since evolved. My grandmother was an English teacher-- it's practically in my blood!

I have a collaborative tutoring style and will work to shape my lessons around your needs. My sessions are about 1 hour long, and we can spend our time going over homework, editing/reviewing essays, doing exercises to work on the material being covered in class. I spent all of last year tutoring one-on-one with a student based in Jamaica. I also tutored throughout high school, primarily helping my classmates outside of class hours. I have also been taking classes on creative and analytical writing through college. My services are for people of all ages, specifically for people in year 1 to year 8.
