What I can do for you:
- As an ESL teacher I can pick up on language and familiarize you with phrasing in the English idiom(s).
- With broad and long experience of writing, editing and publishing academic papers, I can transmit the skill in a down-to-earth way.

In an initial step we will discuss together your aims and needs. Then, we will start off with some work with real examples to see where you as Student are in your writing journey. From there we will make a plan for the sessions and plot some milestones. You set the goals. I am happy to partner with you on concrete tasks you wish to tackle!
In a typical lesson we take paragraphs apart, analyze key messages and work on the nuts and bolts of clear, succinct writing. Our work together will be based on an equal partnership where in carefully constructed conversations we filter out what it is you really want to say. And then I can pitch well crafted suggestions to help you build your language repertoire and hone your style.
