I am a 2nd year student of Management at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where I have classes in English. Two of the skills I have been developing in college are precisely being able to explain a topic in many ways, but also the ability to listen when I am not understanding.

I believe the best way to understand whatever it is is to break the problem into several problems, starting with the basics, the underlying logic, and gradually explaining the ramifications. Through successive questions, we "force" the other person to think, rather than a purely theoretical explanation, which already exists in abundance in class.
