About Lucas

I have a Master's in Latin and Classics, and B.S. in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science.

I have a great foundational knowledge of world literature at my disposal, and a passion for history, philosophy and linguistics, which in beneficial in analyzing and navigating the depths of monumental works, as well helping you to portray and express your ideas in a singular manner through your writing.

Having a broad knowledge is extremely beneficial in creating analogies, and connecting and contrasting ideas in your writing. It also evokes a more personal and evicting voice within the work.

I enjoy exploring the meaning and desired expression of writer by understanding the context in which it was written within a historical framework. For example, taking a look at World literature of the late 19th century, of English, French and German origin, and how the attitudes and archetypes comes from a cultural anticipatory breeding ground of pre-WW1 Europe.

About the lesson

Appropriate for university students or high-level high school students, who possess intellectual curiosity or academic ambition. I have extensive success in essay writing for thesis papers, English, World Lit and Writing classes, as well other Humanities.

I would provide assistance in the primary engendering and oversight of ideas and sources of a well rounded paper. I would guide the simplification of articulating desired ideas by keeping in mind both the desires and expectations of the reader, without pandering or undercutting it's complexity. It is important to preserve the sophistication of the ideas, and uniqueness of the writer in order to exceed expectations.

As a U.S. high school student and graduate of multiple American institutions, I have an in-depth knowledge of the application process and can provide assistance with this process.
