I’m Lourie Grijalva, MSN, RN, with extensive experience as a travel emergency room nurse and critical care transport nurse. I’ve cared for patients across a wide range of acuity levels, from high-volume emergency departments to critical care transport settings. My background gives me a strong foundation in clinical decision-making, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and real-world patient care. I focus on clear, practical explanations that help nursing students connect classroom concepts to actual clinical situations. My goal is to build your confidence and understanding so you can apply the material effectively in school and at the bedside.
