As a recent Kinesiology grad, I vividly remember having no idea what was going on the first year I attended university. If post secondary education in your goal (or current path), I want to help you through that transition.
My teaching method is individual and classes are specialized to the needs and interests of the student. Courses that students are taking dictates what needs to be taught. I need to also understand the background of the student to help make the teaching more relevant.
I usually prefer to teach on one-on-one basis as it allows personal attention and clarity. I also prefer online classes as it will give me and the student a comfort zone. This class is meant for undergraduates and students taking certificate courses related to Pharmacy and medicine.
I like presenting information using power point and if given time other computer based learning methods. My preference is online instruction. My classes are meant for medical imaging students and imaging informatics students (typically university). I can also review essays, research papers, etc.
My techniques are not very different it's just I prefer a classroom with a group of students. And prefer two students at least. Their is no typical class I want just a regular class, quite environment with a board. What makes me a special teacher is that I am passionate about teaching this topic. In my opinion classes are meant to learn something for the better future of someone.
My teaching will be involved in High Tech approach to learning like using pdfs/docs/spreadsheets. I will provide additional resources for further references. I am friendly and very co-operative which helps in motivating the students. Practical approach like case notes, scenarios and articles could help students.

My teaching methods are questions! Q's Q's Q's, practice practice practice! We can work through them together and make you prepared for your exams! I like to start with a few questions, then discuss the topic in detail then practice some more questions to reinforce what we learned that session. Practice makes perfect is my motto.
