About Ellie

I'm severely dyslexic, so I know what it's like to sit in a classroom and feel as though the education system wasn't designed for the way your brain works. With the right support, I learnt how to work with the system, tick the boxes, and succeed on my own terms. Now I want to help other students do the same. Alongside this, I know that not every challenge of student life is academic. I'm always happy to offer support and practical advice around overwhelm, stress, confidence, and self-esteem. Sometimes the biggest obstacle to learning isn't the subject itself, it's believing you can do it. Helping students overcome that is just as important to me as improving grades.

About the lesson

Lessons can be entirely tailored to you. Whether you need support alongside school, or need to catch up after some time out, I can help. My approach is very calm and patient, my ultimate goal is that you understand the content and feel happy and confident.
