About Jasmine

I am Jasmine Arora, a passionate educator with a Master's degree in Psychology and a deep interest in the English language, poetry, and yoga. I recently qualified the UGC NET in Psychology and am eager to share my knowledge because teaching is something that truly fulfills me.

I am also the author of a poetry book, Rearing Silence, a reflection of my belief that poetry has no boundaries and speaks to the human experience in unique ways.

Above all, I am an avid learner. I believe that teaching is a two-way journey, where meaningful discussions, thoughtful questions, and shared curiosity allow both the teacher and the student to grow. My goal is not only to help students achieve academic success but also to inspire confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love for learning.

About the lesson

As a teacher, I believe the goal is to teach so effectively that students never forget what they learn because the concepts become deeply ingrained in their understanding. My aim is not just to help students score well, but to help them develop the ability to think critically and truly grasp the essence of every topic.

For example, I don't simply teach the Socratic method—I encourage students to question, reason, and internalize concepts until critical thinking becomes a natural habit. I believe genuine learning happens when students understand why something is true, not just what the answer is.

My classes are highly interactive and discussion-based. I make extensive use of pen-and-paper learning and encourage my students to do the same, as I believe writing and active participation strengthen understanding and retention. I strive to create a classroom where curiosity is welcomed, questions are encouraged, and learning becomes an engaging process rather than passive memorization.

I am deeply passionate about teaching and believe that a good teacher can leave a lasting impact on a student's character, confidence, and way of thinking. Regardless of a student's starting point, I begin with strong fundamentals and gradually build towards advanced concepts, ensuring that every learner progresses with clarity and confidence.

I teach Psychology to school and college students, as well as English up to Class XII.

Whether you're preparing for examinations or looking to build a genuine understanding of the subject, my classes are designed to help you think independently and learn with confidence.
