About Aida
Students who are just starting out often ask me if they have the patience for the long haul. To be honest, I was just as frustrated as you are when I first tried to master barre chords and complex rhythm patterns.
Having taught 380 students since I graduated with my degree from Berklee College of Music, I have seen every kind of struggle imaginable. My 5 years of experience have taught me that playing guitar is less about raw talent and more about finding the right way to visualize scales and modes.
Whether you are interested in lead guitar or just want to get better at blues progressions, we will keep things honest and grounded in the music you listen to daily. I believe that if you can read tabs and understand how to hold your pick correctly, the rest of the puzzle eventually falls into place. My approach focuses on making the instrument feel like an extension of your hands rather than a difficult object to fight. You deserve to play with confidence and ease while we work together to refine your personal style.

A typical lesson is a direct conversation about where you are stuck and how to fix it immediately. My background in Songwriting means that we look at every exercise through the lens of how it makes your music better. I bring 5 years of experience to the table, helping you simplify difficult electric technique so it does not feel like a chore.
The first 10 minutes of our time is always a free trial session to assess your starting level and build a plan. Even the hardest scales become manageable when we treat them as building blocks for your own songs. Let us get your fingers moving correctly so you can focus on the music you want to create next.
