I am a math tutor with an education degree in math, specializing in elementary math through Algebra 3 and Trigonometry (excluding calculus). I help students understand math clearly and confidently by breaking concepts down into simple, manageable steps. My approach is patient, structured, and supportive. I focus on helping students truly understand the “why” behind the math rather than memorizing steps. This builds confidence, reduces frustration, and leads to stronger performance on homework, quizzes, and exams. I work with students who are struggling, feeling behind, or looking to strengthen their skills and confidence. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s learning style, pace, and current curriculum.
