About Omid

Hi, I'm Omid. I have a degree in Architectural Engineering, and I use math every day as a construction project coordinator in Metro Vancouver. I can show you where algebra, geometry and trigonometry are actually used, not only how to solve the problem on the page.
I teach step by step. First, we find where you got stuck. Then I explain the idea in simple words, and you try a similar problem while I watch. By the end of the lesson, you should be able to do it without me.
I work with students in Grades 8–12. Lessons are in English. After each lesson, I can send parents a short message about what we covered and what to practice.

About the lesson
