I am a high school student studying Math HL
I have also been a tutor several times for younger students and have seen rapid development in them both in grades and interest in math as a whole. They go on to being able to learn new concepts on their own after.

About the lesson

No matter what level you are at, math is based on logic and creativity. I think that is important to remember. If you like computer games or TV detective stories, for example, you have mathematical intuition that was lost in the boring classroom environment.

Therefore, it is important to me that the lessons are interesting while you learn to nail the test.

With that said, in the first lesson, I make sure there are no gaps in your previous learning.
It is extremely important that mathematics is based on concepts.
(For example, the solution to someone having a lot of problems with imaginary numbers is to work a little with irrational numbers.)
