About Cordell
I completed my bachelor's degree in math from the University of Louisville and my master's degree in math from Wake Forest University. I have also completed one year of a math PhD program at Utah State University. My Calculus professor in college inspired my interest and love of math, so I hope to do the same for my students!

I like to go through examples with students and review what they are learning in class. I have also found it helpful for students to work through a problem and explain to me their reasoning. This helps them to catch their own mistakes and it helps me to see where they are struggling.
