About Maria
I am a full time mathematics major. I have been tutoring for over three years now. In both elementary school and high school/college. I usually teach in large group (up to eight); for high school and geometry math. I have helped students who have failed or are failing their courses, and was able to get their grades up from D's to A's and B's. I used to be an education major, therefore I have been graded on many math lessons and have done well.

I am a senior college student who teaches to a wide variety of students. Over the past 3 years I have really mastered my ability to get across to any student. I believe in scaffolding as a student learns something new. Helping them and removing the help bit by bit util they can learn it themselves. I have taught students of all learning levels, and each student has passed their class.
