About Ellis
Teaching is something I fell in love with at University and something I would like to continue doing. For the past 3 years I have been a MASH peer tutor at the University of Bath, running workshops for first years where we provide assistance with problem sheets and lecture content. More recently, this year I have been delivering content to groups of ~20 first years as a tutor for the maths department, something which I will carry on doing during my PhD.

My lessons centre around a deep understanding of what is going on behind the scenes as well as tips and trickson how to tackle questions efficiently. Lessons are typically an hour long with an emphasis on going through questions one step at a time whilst delivering relevant content.
