I love the ocean, travelling and exploring the coast. I enjoy open water swimming, snorkelling. I hope to try Flyboard this year. My bucket list is long and time is precious. I value my time and aim to make the most of every minute. I do what I love and love what I do.

My lessons are 45 minutes duration. I hope to reach those who may require a more personalised experience and those who have a busy schedule and time constraints. I have been teaching for over 20 years buzzing around schools, leisure clubs, colleges, university. I provide a welcoming, safe, respectful space for everyone. I ensure each lesson is safe, achievable, inspirational and fun. Laughter and movement are medicine for the mind, body and soul.
