About ALIVIYA

I am someone who believes that education is not just about books, exams, or marks — it is about building you as a person. I come from an academic background in Political Science from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and I am pursuing my MBA with specialization in Human Resources and Marketing. This combination allows me to understand not only subjects, but also people, communication, careers, and real-world challenges.
But more than my degrees, what truly defines me as a teacher is my desire to make learning easier, clearer, and more meaningful for you.
I want to share knowledge because I know how confusing studies can sometimes feel. I understand the pressure, the fear of not being “good enough,” and the stress before exams or presentations. I don’t want students to feel alone in that journey. I want to be the kind of teacher I wish every student had — someone who explains patiently, listens without judgment, and helps you believe in yourself.
Teaching, for me, is not just a profession — it is a way to help students grow in confidence. When you understand a concept clearly, you don’t just score better, you speak better, think better, and make stronger decisions in life. That transformation is the reason I love sharing knowledge.
In my classes, you will not be afraid to ask questions. Mistakes will be part of learning, not something to feel ashamed of. I focus on making concepts simple, connecting them to real life, and helping you develop skills that will help you not only in exams, but also in interviews, college, and your future career.

About the lesson

I don’t just focus on finishing the syllabus — I focus on building the student.
I combine my background in HR, Marketing, and Political Science from St. Xavier’s College to teach students how to think, understand, and express, not just memorize. This helps children from junior classes to college level develop clarity, confidence, and strong communication skills — which are essential for both exams and future careers
For junior students, I am extremely patient and supportive. I break concepts into simple, relatable examples from daily life so children never feel scared of studies. I encourage questions, remove hesitation, and build strong basics step by step. My goal at this stage is to make learning enjoyable and to develop focus, discipline, and self-belief.
For middle and senior school students, I focus on concept clarity and answer-writing skills. I teach them how to structure answers, understand what examiners expect, and improve presentation. This not only increases marks but also builds logical thinking and independent learning habits.
For college students, my approach becomes more practical and career-oriented. I connect subjects like HR, Marketing, Management, and Political Science to real-world applications, case studies, group discussions, and interview preparation. Students learn how subjects work beyond textbooks — preparing them for corporate life and higher studies.
