I am a Mechanical design engineer, working for the Department of Water and Sanitation. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering obtained at the North West University, Potchefstroom campus. My job requires the design and mathematical models of everything water related (such as pumps, electric motors, water flow, etc.)

My teaching method is to use real life situations or problems. This will prepare students for the working environment. I also base my classes on engineering problems which contains all mathemarical, analytical and trigonometric problems. This helps to see the bigger picture of problems faced.
