About Linnea

Hello! My name is Linnea, and I’m currently a Mechanical Engineering freshman at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. I’m passionate about subjects like math and physics, and I love helping others understand these concepts that I’m so enthusiastic about. Outside of my studies, I enjoy traveling, reading, and diving into the world of 3D printing—it's amazing to see ideas come to life through technology! I’ve always had a love for math, and it’s my favorite subject to teach. Right now, I’m taking Calculus 3 and Physics 2 in college, so I’m comfortable working with a wide range of topics, from basic algebra and geometry to more advanced calculus and physics concepts. I’m excited to help students of all ages, but I particularly enjoy working with middle school to college-level learners. What I strive to offer in every session is a supportive, patient, and flexible learning environment. I believe that understanding comes with asking questions, and I encourage my students to do just that—don’t hesitate to ask! I know how important it is to feel confident and comfortable while learning, so I focus on making sure my students not only grasp the material but also enjoy the process. Whether you're struggling with a specific concept or looking to strengthen your skills, I’m here to guide you step by step. Together, we’ll make sure you fully understand the material and feel more confident in your abilities.

Students should choose to take tutoring lessons with me because I am patient, dedicated, and genuinely want them to succeed. I take the time to ensure they fully understand the material, adapting my teaching to their individual learning style. By creating a supportive, low-pressure environment, I help build their confidence and highly encourage them to ask questions without fear of judgment. I focus on long-term academic growth, not just short-term results, so they not only improve their grades but also develop a deeper understanding of the subject. With me, learning becomes a collaborative and empowering experience, where mistakes are part of the process and success is always within reach.

During the time tutoring me she would make sure at the end of our session I would understand the topics. Linnea specializes in teaching mathematics. When there was a time where I would want to give up or didn’t understand, Linnea was confident in herself and me and gave encouragement at times of doubt.
