"I am a Mechatronics Engineering student at the University of Technology Sydney, having previously completed two years of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at the University of Bristol in the UK. My academic background spans advanced mathematics, physics, and engineering science across both British and Australian curricula.
Before committing fully to engineering, I built a professional reputation in education. At 19 I was appointed Chief Operating Officer of a learning academy in Myanmar, overseeing a team of over 20 teachers and more than 50 students. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how people learn and what it takes to deliver education at a high standard consistently.
I have been tutoring privately for over seven years across three countries, working with students at IGCSE, AS-Level, A-Level, and HSC level. I am patient, reliable, and genuinely invested in the progress of every student I work with. I do not take on students I cannot help, and I do not move on from a topic until I am confident it has been understood, not just memorized.
Outside of tutoring I am the founder of StratED, a registered educational startup in Australia focused on bridging the gap between secondary school and university. Education is not just something I do for income. It is something I have built a career around.

About the lesson

I focus on intuitive learning rather than rote memorization. My approach centers on real-world understanding, helping students see why something works, not just how to apply it in an exam. Classes are interactive and conversational, and I adjust my pace and style to suit each student individually.
Typical lesson length is one to two hours depending on the student's needs and workload.
I have seven years of private tutoring experience across Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Physics. My students have consistently achieved 80% or above at A and A* grade across multiple curricula. I hold a strong academic background including 5A*1A in IGCSE and A*AA at A-Level and two years of Mechatronics Engineering at university level, which means I can explain concepts from first principles rather than just teaching to the syllabus.
My lessons are suitable for students studying HSC, ATAR, IGCSE, AS-Level, and A-Level. Whether you are building foundational understanding, working through difficult topics, or preparing for final exams, I will meet you where you are and help you get to where you need to be.
