About Maira
I am Dr. Maira — a medical doctor (MBBS) and PhD in clinical biochemistry. I have taught for over 15 years. I started as a lecturer, then became assistant professor, then associate professor, and now I am a professor.
I have also worked as an external examiner for medical boards. That means I know how exam questions are written and what examiners want to see.
I have published over 30 peer-reviewed papers and serve as a journal evaluator.
My teaching philosophy is simple: no memorization. I use real clinical cases so the science actually makes sense.
