About Amelia
I’m Amelia, a Year 10 Methods student with a strong interest in mathematics and a genuine desire to help others build confidence in the subject. I want to become a tutor for K-10 students because I understand how challenging math can feel at times, and I enjoy explaining concepts in ways that make them clearer and less intimidating. Tutoring also allows me to strengthen my own understanding while developing communication and leadership skills. Most importantly, I find it rewarding to support younger students, helping them improve their skills and feel more confident in their learning.

I offer support for all topics within the curriculum ranging from the basics to pre-methods (K-10). Each lesson can range from 40 minutes to an hour, which covers the fundamentals with practice questions, alongside example questions we can work through together. Additionally, I act as a support to clear any uncertainty, whether that’s regarding questions or the topic.
