About Shahesta
Hi, my name is Shahesta, and I am a first-year Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honors)/Master of Pharmacy student at Monash University. My university studies require strong mathematical, problem-solving and organizational skills, which I bring into every lesson.
I am patient, reliable and committed to preparing structured online lessons that match each student’s needs. I understand that mathematics can feel overwhelming, so I explain concepts in simple steps and encourage students to ask questions without feeling embarrassed.
Although I am beginning my formal tutoring journey, I take my responsibilities seriously and aim to provide a supportive, professional and encouraging learning environment for students in Years 8–12.

My lessons are designed for students in Years 8, 9 and 10, as well as VCE General Mathematics students in Years 11 and 12. I use a structured, step-by-step approach and explain concepts in simple language before guiding students through practice questions.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes and focus on schoolwork, homework, tests, SAC preparation and exam-style questions. I also help students identify common mistakes and develop clear problem-solving methods they can use independently.
I am a first-year Monash University pharmacy student with strong skills in mathematics, calculations and scientific problem-solving. Although I am new to formal tutoring, I am patient, well-prepared, and committed to creating supportive online lessons where students feel comfortable asking questions.
