My programs for workout pregnancy and post-pregnancy is a 16 to 24 weeks program divided in 4 phases.
-the first 4 to 8 weeks is Stability training, muscle strenght and cardio
- the second phase is endurance training, core stability and pelvic floor exercise
- the third phase is mobility training, endurance training, meditation and mental preparation for pain management (breath training and vizualisation)
- the fourth phase is after the pregnancy and we go back to the phase 1 to 3.
I am a Kinesiologist with 2 diploma in sports sciences and i been training clients and women before and after the post-partum period.
