About E-J

As a Professional Dancer, Personal Trainer and PPN Exercise Specialist, I've been exposed to demanding and 'self esteem lowering' industries where self motivation and self love is key to thrive.
Through this I have been able to transform my own mindset which has allowed me to go above and beyond. After multiple comments from others I started teaching individuals how to do the same. A happy mind = a happy life. 8 years later and I fell involve with helping others with self love and self motivation and started up my own Motivational Apparel business called THE MIND MA. The merchandise allows my clients to wear clothes that make them feel good with quotes that hit home as well as words they wish to see on a regular basis to help transform their lives. Because after all: The Mind, That's What Makes You.

About the lesson

I am able to help anyone from any race, religion, sex, background to find better ways to manage their mindset and overall better their lives. Each individual will require different teachings so this varies. Overall my goal is to help my clients feel better about themselves than ever before and achieve dreams they once thought were too out of reach to even grasp. I believe we really can do anything we put our minds too. Although life can sometimes make that seem impossible and I'm here to help show you anything is possible. It doesn't just start with you. It starts within your mind. Because after all: The Mind, That's What Makes You.
