About Timothy
I am a lifelong musician with a passion for both music and teaching! In my 20+ years of experience as a music instructor, I have guided many students of all ages along their journey to achieve their musical goals. I am patient, have a good sense of humor, and methodical in my way of teaching. I teach proper technique as well as advanced music theory, and enjoy teaching through songs or pieces that illustrate a concept that we are trying to master.

I teach private lessons geared to your level. I keep it fun, while pushing you to do your best!
GUITAR: I teach rock, jazz, blues, and some classical and flamenco style. Lead and rhythm.

Fingerpicking - Travis Picking and Classical Fingerstyle technique

Perfect! Timothy is a great teacher! He was able to assess my level immediately and always brings new and interesting techniques to our lessons. He pushes me but at the same time doesn't bring to the table techniques he doesn't think I can master or understand. He's also very personable and fun to work with!
