About Jahnavi
I am a certified Yoga instructor pursuing masters in Yoga Therapy. I could have stopped at just one certification to teach.. but I took up masters because Yoga is an ocean of knowledge and there is just so much to learn and share.
I believe Yoga is not something that is practiced just on the mat, but off the mat too. It is a way of living!
If we have to teach a subject to someone, we need to believe in it first! We need to trust the subject, live by the teachings of the subject.
I give my 100% to learn, implement and teach what is mentioned in the texts of Patanjali Yoga Sutra. I learn and teach Yoga not just for the physical benefits it provides but for something beyond the physical. Of course we need to be physically and mentally fit in order to go beyond and hence I make sure I teach the right techniques the right way.
I am thankful to this knowledge that many of the students who practice with me who earlier were struggling to conceive have been able to conceive after practicing for just 2 months, lose weight, could reverse vericose veins, thyroid, Hyper tension, cholestrol over just a period of 4 months practice.
I love learning and teaching. The moment we stop learning, we stop growing.
I take up 3 classes a week and 12 classes a month.

I teach not just asanas but asanas with breath techniques.
Pranayamas the right way with awareness on breath.
Sukshma Vyayamas that can keep almost all the diseases away.
Relaxation techniques that are so important for the day to day stress we face and accumulate in our bodies.
Yoga when practiced the right way treats the root of all the diseases and not just symptoms.
I take group classes, personal classes for everyone (adults)

Details
I have a referral discount of 15% per 5 hrs pack, 20% on 10hrs pack for each referral.
If I need to travel to your place then I would be charging 300/- along with session fee per session.
