About Christie
I started my nutrition journey nearly 3 years ago when i was 10kg heavier, occasionally moving and eating whatever and whenever I wanted. I woke up one day and was ready to improve the quality of my life. I did a lot of research including listening to podcasts, watching youtube videos, reading on how to lose fat the healthy way without yo-yo dieting or fads and how to maintain that fat loss. 4 months later, I had successfully lost 10 kgs healthily and I was so passionate about having achieved this, that I decided to take a year course in nutrition so I could help other people out there achieve their lifestyle goals without doing the same level or research I did.

is for you to share your nutrition goals and for me to understand where you are currently at and how I can help your or if you are required to be referred to a specialist (Nutritionists cannot provide dietary advice on certain health diseases and conditions)
Ongoing sessions:
- Setting a goal and plan in place together
- tailored meal plans
- regular check ins for accountability
- continuous education on nutrition so you are well equipped to continue on a healthier lifestyle for the rest of your life (if that is what you desire)
