I am an international student from UNSW. I'm from China, so I have great command of Chinese. I have passed the Chinese college entrance examination and I used to be the top student in my class, so my Chinese vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading and writing is really good.

The aim of the tutoring is teaching beginners who want to learn Chinese.
My tutoring approach is student-centered, focusing on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I will adapt my teaching methods to meet the individual needs and goals of each student.
I start with an initial assessment to understand students' current proficiency level, learning objectives, and specific areas of interest or difficulty.
Base on the assessment, I will develop customized lesson plans that cater students' learning style and goals.
I encourage students to practice speaking and listening skills through conversations and interactive activities.
I think understanding the cultural context is crucial for language learning. I incorporate cultural cultural insights and explanations to help students understand the nuances of Chinese language and culture.
A typical lesson lasts for about 2 hours. However, I am flexible and can adjust the lesson length based on students' schedule.
I have passed the Chinese college entrance examination, so my Chinese is very standard.
