Perfect! The original plan was to shortlist 4-6 potential tutors, then sample a few of them via a free lesson during the paid-for registration month. However, Josephine's wording made me think we might be like-minded so I booked the trial lesson with her only to start the ball rolling. I was curious more than anything about the first lesson, a little tired at the end of the 2nd lesson, but felt encouraged and even more motivated after lesson three yesterday. I feel that I'm getting more than I'm paying for, but keep that between the two of us please. Josephine et moi seem to have moved to a learning style and material that should work well for slow-learning me. For any newbies reading this, be aware that there is now so much cheap or free additional stuff that is available through tv, audible, kindle, online programmes etc. Three lessons in and I know my conversational French and other skills are already improving. Will be cancelling the monthly registration shortly as I believe I've made the right choice - one which is nigh on perfect for me. Thank you Josephine.
